Job Position-Finance Manager – Shared Service Center
Required Qualification And Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
5–8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including financial reporting, budgeting, audit, and tax.
Key Requirements:
Strong knowledge of statutory accounting standards, financial analysis, and internal controls.
Experience in budget preparation, variance analysis, and business performance monitoring.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience leading and developing finance teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
High integrity and commitment to continuous improvement.
