Job Position-Digital Communications Officer
Required Qualification And Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Media, Film Production, Multimedia Production, or a related field.
Additional certifications in videography, photography, multimedia production, digital marketing, social media management, or content creation are advantageous.
Work Experience:Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in digital communications, content creation, social media management, multimedia production, or corporate communications.
Demonstrated experience in video production, video editing, photography, and digital storytelling.
Experience managing organizational social media platforms and digital campaigns.
Experience in corporate organizations, media houses, creative agencies, development institutions, investment organizations, or public sector institutions is an added advantage.
A strong portfolio showcasing multimedia and digital communication work is required.

Strong digital storytelling and content creation skills.
Advanced videography and video editing capabilities.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent editing software.
Strong photography skills, including composition, lighting, and image editing.
Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and engagement strategies.
Knowledge of website content management systems and digital publishing tools.
Ability to analyze and interpret digital performance data and analytics.
