Job Position-HR and General Service Officer
Required Qualification And Experience
Education:BA/MA above in Human Resource Management and a closely related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven, progressive work experience specifically within an NGO environment. Direct exposure to managing general services, inventory controls, or safe recruitment practices in the non-profit sector is highly preferred.
Languages: Excellent written and verbal proficiency in both English and Amharic is mandatory.
Deep understanding of Ethiopian Labor Law, Civil Society Organizations (CSO) regulations, and standard NGO HR practices.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and modern asset tracking software or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills, flawless professional integrity, active problem-solving capabilities, and a proven capacity to handle diverse service requests efficiently under pressure.
