Job Position-1 HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Required Qualification And Experience
Experience:Strong HR leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial organizations.
Experience at HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, or similar level.
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and practical employee relations.
Proven experience developing HR policies and building organizational systems.
The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on and execution-focused.
PREFERRED ADVANTAGES
ERP or HRIS implementation experience.
Experience in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment.
Experience supporting organizational expansion, restructuring, or factory start-up operations.

Job Position-2 FINANCE MANAGER
Required Qualification And Experience
Experience:Strong finance leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial organization.
Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role, such as Finance Manager, Head of Finance, Financial Controller, or equivalent.
Strong practical knowledge of manufacturing costing and cost accounting.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and management reporting.
Expert-level understanding of Ethiopian tax laws, tax compliance, and tax planning.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial information into clear business decisions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage an effective finance team.
A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
PREFERRED ADVANTAGES
Strong knowledge and practical experience with IFRS.
Experience with ERP-based accounting and financial management systems.
Experience implementing or improving costing, budgeting, and financial control systems within a manufacturing environment.
