Job Requirements:
Education: BSc in Computer Science, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Communication Technology only.

Only Graduates of the year 2026 G.C with minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above for Female Applicants and 3.25 and above for Male Applicants.

Purpose of the Job
To contribute smooth business operation of the Bank’s through properly providing first level technical support for branches related to their request on core banking system applications.
Job Title 2 – Customer Service Officer-l
Job Requirements:
Education: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing Management, Banking and Insurance, Cooperative Accounting and Auditing, Business Management, Corporate Finance, Financial Management.
Experience: No prior experience is required.

Purpose of the Job
To ensure customer satisfaction through selling the bank’s products and services, collecting customer feedbacks, and promptly responding to customer queries.
Job Title 3 – Director, Financial Analysis & Reporting
General Requirements:
Education: MA/MBA/BA in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Business Management, Management or any other related field.
Experience: Eight/Ten (8/10) years of relevant work experience, of which at least three years in managerial position.
Job Title 4 – Manager, Financial Reporting & Budget Control
General Requirements:
Education: MA/MBA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, Business Administration or any other related fields.
Experience: Seven/Nine 7/9 years of relevant Banking experience of which Two/2 years as Senior Officer position.
Job Title 5 – Manager, Fund Management
General Requirements:
Education: MA/MBA/BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Economics, Marketing Management or any other related fields.
Experience: Seven/Nine 7/9 years of related experience in the Banking industry of which Two/2 years as Senior Officer position.
Job Title 6 – Manager, Regulatory Compliance & ESG
General Requirements:
Education: MA/MBA/BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Economics or any other related field.
Experience: Seven/Nine 7/9 years of relevant Banking experience of which Two/2 years as Senior Officer position.
Job Title 7 – Branch Manager Grade-I
General Requirements:
Education: BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience: Seven/7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager or 7 years of relevant banking experience of which at least 2 years as Senior Officer in banking operation position.
Job Title 8 – Senior Liquidity and Market Risk Analyst
General Requirements:
Education: BA in Economics, Econometrics, Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
Experience: Five/5 years of relevant Banking experience of which two/2 years as officer position.
Job Title 9 – Senior IT & Digital Risk Officer
General Requirements:
Education: BSc in in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or other related field of studies.
Experience: Five/5 years of relevant Banking experience of which two/2 years on officer position.
Job Title 10 – Senior Legal Advisor
General Requirements:
Education: LLB in Law or any other related fields
Experience: Five/5 years of relevant experience preferably in banking of which Two/2 years as officer position .
Job Title 11 – IT & Digital Risk Officer
