Job Position-Ethics and Anti-Corruption Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA Degree in Law, Business Administration, Governance, HR Management, or related field.
Professional training in ethics, governance, compliance, or investigations is advantageous.
Experience:Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in ethics, compliance, governance, HR, investigations, or related functions.
Experience in awareness creation, integrity programs, or stakeholder coordination is advantageous.
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or brewery industry is preferred.
Key competency & Behavioral Skill High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Good understanding of ethics and anti-corruption principles.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder coordination capability.
Ability to handle sensitive matters professionally and objectively.
Good report writing and documentation skills.
Strong awareness and training facilitation capability.
Ability to build trust and promote ethical culture within the organization.
Ability to manage confidential whistleblowing cases with independence, professionalism, and impartiality.
