Job Position-1 Business Development Consultant/management analysis
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s degree in business administration, Management, Economics, Public Administration, Organizational Development, Development Studies, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum 4 years of relevant experience at Analyst level.
Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible experience at Consultant/Senior leadership level.
Experience working with NGOs, consulting firms, government institutions, or international development organizations is highly desirable.
Job Position-2 Project Management Specialist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Economics, or a related field.
A master’s degree are an added advantage.
Experience:Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience for candidates with a bachelor’s degree, or 7 years of relevant professional experience for candidates with a master’s degree.
At least 4 years of the required experience must have been gained at the Specialist or Manager level.
Experience managing donor-funded projects (e.g., Mastercard Foundation, USAID, GIZ, EU, UN Agencies) is highly desirable.
Job Position-3 Operations and Human Resource Management (HRM) Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
A master’s degree is an added advantage.
Experience:Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience for candidates with a bachelor’s degree, or 6 years of relevant professional experience for candidates with a master’s degree.
Previous experience in NGOs or donor-funded projects is highly desirable.
