Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering, industrial engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Experience 5to 8 years working in a manufacturing plant, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Relevant industrial/manufacturing experience,
Experience in automotive, electric vehicle, vehicle assembly, machinery, or manufacturing plants is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of production planning, maintenance, quality management, and plant operations.
Knowledge of EV systems is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and vehicle assembly processes.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to fix machine breakdowns or labor shortages on the floor.
