1. Trainee Officer

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IT, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience: None required (2017 E.C. graduates and later). Marketing and sales skill is an advantage.

2. Sales Officer (Contractual)

Education: Diploma / Level III/IV in Marketing & Sales, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Experience: 1+ years in sales roles.
Location: Addis Ababa

3. Senior Customer Service Officer – Interest Free Microfinance

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
Experience: 3+ years overall, including at least 1 year in banking or microfinance.
Location: Addis Ababa

4. Customer Service Officer – Interest Free Microfinance

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in banking or microfinance.
Location: Addis Ababa

5. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: 3+ years overall, including at least 1 year in banking or microfinance.
Location: Adama, Kombolcha, Addis Ababa

6. Light Vehicle Mechanic (የቀላል መኪና መካኒክ)

Education: Diploma / Level IV in Auto Mechanics or Automotive Technology.
Experience: 3 years relevant experience, preferably with large organizations and electric vehicle maintenance background.
Location: Addis Ababa

7. Light Vehicle Driver (የቀላል መኪና ሾፌር)

Education: Diploma / Level IV in Automotive Technology OR Completion of 10th/12th Grade.
Experience: 1–2 years relevant experience with a valid driving license (Auto / Public 1). Dispatch or administrative driving experience preferred.
Location: Addis Ababa

8. Motorcyclist (ሞተረኛ)

Education: Completion of Grade 8, 10, or 12 with a valid motorcycle license.
Experience: 2 years working as a rider for a recognized firm.
Location: Addis Ababa

9. Business Relationship Manager I – Interest Free Microfinance

Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Experience: 3+ years total, with 1 year in a senior role within banking or microfinance.
Location: Addis Ababa

10. Executive Secretary

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 5+ years secretarial experience, including 3 years in a senior role within banking or microfinance.
Location: Addis Ababa

11. Senior Secretary

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 3+ years secretarial experience in banking or microfinance.

12. Civil Engineer

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or Construction Management.
Experience: 3+ years in construction, asset valuation, or engineering assessment. Sector experience is a plus.

13. Chief Operation Officer (COO)

Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Experience: 10 years relevant experience, including 7 years at senior managerial levels in banking or microfinance.
Location: Addis Ababa

14. Director – Marketing & Customer Experience

Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
Experience: 5 to 7 years relevant experience, including 3 years in managerial positions within banking or microfinance.
Location: Addis Ababa

15. Retail Credit Service Division Manager

Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or Business Administration.
Experience: 4 to 6 years relevant experience, with 2 years in senior or managerial roles.
Location: Addis Ababa

16. Branch Manager III

Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Experience: 3 to 5 years overall experience, with at least 1 year in a branch management role in banking or microfinance.
Location: Addis Ababa

17. IFMB Business Manager

Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or Economics.
Experience: 3+ years experience, with 1 year in a senior position within banking or microfinance.
Location: Addis Ababa

18. Relationship Manager – Credit

Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Experience: 3+ years overall, including 1 year in a senior role in banking or microfinance.
Location: Debre Berhan, Adama
