Job Position-1 Social Media Account Specialist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, community operations, or customer service.
Practical experience managing Telegram groups, channels, and online communities.
Fluent in Amharic, with good English communication skills.
Strong understanding of the Ethiopian social media environment and customer behavior.
Ability to generate leads, engage customers, and support service conversion.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data reporting.
Knowledge of automotive maintenance, vehicle repair, or electric vehicles is an advantage.

Good social media and Telegram management skills.
Customer relationship management.
Lead generation and follow-up skills.
Content creation and writing skills in Amharic and English.
Basic data analysis and reporting.

Ability to work independently and meet operational targets.

- User Operations: User acquisition, onboarding, retention, activity monitoring, and user growth.
- Community Operations: Managing Telegram groups and channels, community engagement, moderation, and member growth.
- Customer Engagement: Responding to users, handling inquiries and complaints, improving user experience, and maintaining customer relationships.

Job Position-2 SALES & MARKETING REPRESENTATIVES (Gambella, Asosa, Metu, Assela, and Harar)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales and marketing position.
Previous experience in mobile phone sales and mobile accessories is highly valued.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel and meet customers when required.
