Job Position-1 Junior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in import-related transactions and a process is an added advantage.
Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting skills.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and Ethiopian tax laws.
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High levels of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
Advanced computer skills and proficiency in relevant accounting software.
Job Position-2 Salesperson
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or Level III/IV qualification in Automotive Technology, Auto Mechanics, Auto Electricity, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales or a related field.
Good knowledge of automotive spare parts, components, and applications.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to identify and select appropriate spare parts using catalogues or relevant software.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs.
Competence in maintaining inventory records and monitoring stock levels.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Job Position-3 Marketing Personnel
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field. Experience in digital marketing is an added advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Competence in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
Ability to promote the company’s products and services effectively.
Knowledge of social media management and digital advertising campaigns.
Creativity, initiative, and the ability to identify new market opportunities.
Strong planning, organizational and interpersonal skills.
