Job Position-Trainee Teller Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Banking, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Certification in financial services is an advantage.
Demonstrated technical ability, sound judgment, ability to interact and work effectively with others at all levels;
Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team;
Capability and willingness to take responsibility and a highly developed sense of integrity
Good knowledge in economic and financial topics;
Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
Good customer service; excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in banking software and MS Office.
Strong numerical and transaction-handling accuracy.
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Experience:0/2 years of experience in banking, microfinance, or financial services.
