Job Position 1 – Senior – Data Analytics and Information Systems Auditor

Required Qualification & Experience
Education:BSc in Data Sciences, Statistics or related field plus a minimum of six (6) years’ proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role which is preferably in an Audit or Risk Management within the banking or financial services industry.

Professional certifications on Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is an added advantage.

Job Pupose
The jobholder is responsible for analyzing and interpreting large volumes of financial and operational data to identify risks, detect anomalies, and provide valuable insights to enhance the Bank’s internal controls and risk management processes. He/she will directly contribute to maintaining the Bank’s compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating potential risks. He/she will work closely with auditors and other stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, automate audit processes, and deliver data-driven audit reports.

Job Position 2 – Branch Manager – Class IV Branch

Required Qualification & Experience
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance and Economics plus minimum of 8 years of relevant banking experience of which 3 years in a supervisory position.

Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence. S/he prepares and submits annual budget, operational plan and activity and progress reports.

Place of Work: Interest Free Banking (IFB) Branches in Jimma Town, Siltana Town (No HO/00398/24)

Job Position 3 – Project Supervisor

Required Qualification & Experience
Education: Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Technology & Management, Computer Courses in Engineering Plus a minimum of 5 years in Construction Work Experience, with at least 3 years as site supervisor/Project Manager or Resident Engineer.

Certifications: –
– Auto CAD, Certificate is Mandatory
– SAP and Arch CAD is an Added Advantage.

Job Summary:
The job holder prepares a variety of legal documentation; Reviews legal documentation prepared for the Bank or arising from the work of the Bank; Provides legal advice to regional manager and staff in all areas of the Bank’s activities and proffering solutions to legal problems, constraints, risks, options, consequences and approaches.

Job Position 4 – Customer Service and Operation Manager I

Required Qualification & Experience
Education: Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing & Economics plus a minimum of 5 years’ experience with at least 3 years at operational work.

Job Summary:
The jobholder is responsible for managing the customer service function at the Branch and ensure operational excellence to deliver exemplary services for high customer satisfaction levels supporting the Bank’s growth.

Place of Work: Werer Branch, Afar Gebi Resu Zone – Melka Werer Town (No HO/00399/24)

Job Position 5 – Branch Manager Class III Branch

Required Qualification & Experience
Education: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics or related discipline plus minimum of 9 years of relevant banking experience of which 3 years in a supervisory position.

Job Summary:
The job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence. S/he prepares and submits annual budget, operational plan and activity and progress reports. The jobholder participates in various community activities and keeps in close touch with the business community to promote services offered by the Bank.
