Job Position 1 – National Marketing Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Economics and related
Minimum of +10 years marketing experience preferably in the FMCG environment with a minimum 4 years’ experience in consumer marketing.

Key competencies
Strong commercial exposure and understanding.
High level of Emotional energy.
Enhanced Strategic penetration.
Strong people performance – able to inspire and mobilize people (both direct reports and a broad range of others) to deliver great results.
Strong project management skills – able to manage multiple projects, and execute them all well.

Job Position 2 – Operations Analyst

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Economics and related
Minimum of 3 years experience preferably in the FMCG environment.

Key competencies
Ability to build and maintain complex computer applications and programs that perform analysis, organize data and create reports from various sources.

Knowledge of relational databases and the ability to create stored procedures.
Ability to capture and document business and reporting requirements from multiple sources.
Ability to co-ordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis requests of varying size and scope.
Ability to perform complex analysis such as regression, forecasting, cannibalization and probability modeling.

Job Position 3 – Customer Service Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Economics and related.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience preferably in the FMCG environment.

Key competencies,
Demonstrate a successful track record in terms of market share capture, market penetration, brand building, customer service and satisfaction, and volume growth.
Managed sizable terms of direct reports within a fast-moving distribution environment.
Proven people management skills including exposure to disciplinary process
Though understanding and experience of implementing and sustaining stock management systems
Knowledge and experience of planning effective vehicle movements
Demonstrates great track record for influencing internal and external customers, experience working alongside sales team preferable
Exposure and accountability for budget control
High levels of numeracy with competence in excel

Job Position 4 – Sales Analyst

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Economics and related
Minimum of 3 years marketing experience preferably in the FMCG environment.

Key competencies
Demonstrate a successful track record in terms of market share capture, market penetration, brand building, customer service and satisfaction, and volume growth.
Excellent communication skills and be able to interact with a diverse client base, sales office counterparts and provide an outstanding level of customer service.
Good commercial awareness (finance, sales, marketing and cost base).

Good Planning and organization skills
Finance and systems management experience

Job Position 5 – RTC Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Economics and related
Minimum of 6 years experience preferably in the FMCG environment.

Demonstrate a successful track record in terms of market share capture, market penetration, brand building, customer service and satisfaction, and volume growth.
First Line sales Management in a major consumer goods company ideal.
Strong commercial awareness.
high degree of self-motivation and drive
Ideally able to demonstrate successes in leading, building and developing a team
IT literacy and the ability to handle electronic data; (Advanced word and excel skills)
Fluent in Amharic and a strong command of written and spoken English

Job Position 6 – Senior Researcher
