Required Qualification and Experience
Education: University degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experienve: 1+ year of operations and logistics experience.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, Innovative & creative.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Well-organized individual and results-oriented.

Key duties and responsibilities
Learn & adhere to a clear understanding of the clients’ service requirements.
Build the knowledge & experience to ensure the use of standardized programs & tools.
To report and record any non-conformity with regard to customer merchandise.
To work within operating areas as determined by management and the needs of the business.
When performing duties – adapt to following operating procedures and safe working practices.
You may be required to undertake other duties as necessitated by business needs that may not be part of the responsibilities outlined in this role profile.
Engage and work closely with the operations team on the implementation of assigned projects e.g. standardization, environmental, continuous improvement, accelerated digitalization, and data analytics.
Champion assigned practice- build depths via best practice research and application, team development & training, and engagement on relevant continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the implementation of projects to improve Safety & Quality culture as well as respect for the environment in our operations.
Fully responsible for proper handling and safe usage of assigned equipment e.g Desktops, laptops, etc.
Develops / Delivers high-quality/innovative products, services, or solutions.
Coordinates efforts and aligns resources to achieve objectives.
