Job Position 1 – Saving and Credit Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree, College Diploma or Level IV (COC mandatory) in Cooperative Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Management, 0 years’ for BA and a minimum of 2 years related experience for Diploma and Level 4 (Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset).
Job Purpose
The purpose of the Credit and Saving Officer I position is to undertake social promotion that includes group organization, handle the mobilization of clients for saving and loan collections of the branch. Screens organized clients according to their preferences and facilitates loan appraisal, approved loan disbursement and schedule collections.

Job Position 2 – Branch Cashier I
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:: College Diploma in Accounting/ Level IV in Accounting, 2 years’ related work experience (Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset)

Job Position 3 – Risk And Internal Audit Head
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Accounting/Auditing 3 years working in micro finance, banking and insurance or related.
Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset.
Prepares annual internal audit plans and work schedules; Identify risk prone financial, procurement and operational areas to properly address during the review to set priority, determine audit program to be used, techniques to be applied, sampling techniques to be used and sample size to be covered.

Job Position 4 – Branch Accountant I
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, 1 year related work experience (Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset)

Job Position 5 – Branch Manager I
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree/College Diploma in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance or equivalent Combination of education and work experience, A minimum of 2 years’ extensive experience in the related field (Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset)
