Required Qualification and Experience
Education:level IV/diploma in Marketing or Management.
2 years’ experience in a related fields. .

Job Position 3 – Call Center Operator

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Any filed
Work Experience (years):1

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Forward calls to the right recipient
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Has skill in feeding and keeping data

Job Position 4 – Restaurant Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree and above 4 years work experience in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred) with Proven experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
Financial acumen and budget management experience.\
Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Customer-focused mindset and commitment to service excellence.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Position 5 – Restaurant Supervisor

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree or Diploma in hotel management or related field
1 year experience for Degree and 3 years experience for Diploma
Has excellent organizational and commendation skills
Ability to understand the needs of a client/visitor
Self-motivated and sales oriented;
Experience with several Restaurant operation systems
Ability to manage stressful situations.
