Education: BSc or MSc in Computer Science , Computer Engineering , Computer Application , Database Administration , Information System or Information science , Information data Science and Analytics or ICT Service Management or Cloud Computing or related field of studies
Experience: 2 years for Bsc Degree , 0 years for MSc

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders, and assist in developing project plans and timelines to achieve successful implementation,
Guide internal and external resources through ERP implementation phases, evaluation, troubleshooting and optimization,
Interface with ERP vendor and ensure quality (performance, cost, and timeliness) of services delivered,
Identif improvements in business operation workflow and ensure proper implementation in ERP and other business applications,
Train and coach end-users,
Supporting a company’s data security policies by ensuring that access is only given to authorized employees on a need-to-know basis.
Providing support for day-to-day operations by troubleshooting issues with existing systems or developing new systems as needed to support new business requirements,
Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Location: Addis Ababa
