Job Position – Management Trainee – Sales Trainer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: First Degree in Marketing or related field of study from reputable Universities in 2023 or 2024 with CGPA of above 2.8 and above for both Male & Female.
Experience: Not Required(Entry Level)

Job Description:
The major objective of this Management trainee program is to empower fresh graduates and prepare them for future leadership career .
Responsibilities
Participating in class room or on-the-job training actively.
Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
Compiling reports and making presentations
Providing new ideas for improvement of our operation
Bringing positive energy into the company, and build enduring professional relationships with customers and staff.
Collaborating with managers to plan the work output for the organization
Learning about the various functions and operations for all employees, as well as the practices and policies that impact each phase of the business
Observing and training with experienced staff to learn about the standards, procedures and methods used to be effective within each department
