Job Position -: Airport Coordinator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:B.Sc. in Hotel and tourism management from relevant university
Experience:(Fresh graduate) who are graduated Recently in Hotel and tourism management from relevant university, if you have internship experience is a plus
Language Skill
Can speak and write English Fluently and Ethiopia local language
Skills or Certificate Requirements
Basic Computer operation
Another requirement
can accept flexible working time base on demand (midnight or early morning including weekend), be patient Have a good sense of active service
Responsibility Description
Provide Good Airport pick up and drop off service, when waiting for passengers at the airport arrival gate, pay close attention to the flight dynamic display to confirm whether the flight arrives on time and the location of the passenger’s baggage carousel.
When a passenger arrives, carefully check the passenger’s identity information, such as by checking his ID card, passport or asking the passenger’s name to ensure that the correct passenger is received.
Pick-up personnel should always pay attention to the needs of passengers, such as helping passengers carry large luggage, assisting passengers with mobility impairments on and off the bus, etc.
Good communication skills, responsiveness and responsibility to ensure that passengers can leave the airport smoothly and safely and begin their journey.
