Job Position 1-Health officer


Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MSc/MPH/BSC in Health,GP
Experience :MSc/MPH/BSC in Minimum five years working experience for Degree and three years’ experience for Master in coordinating health program activities especially in rural area and has strong knowledge and skill of team work and understanding of government priorities and donor regulations and reporting requirements for NNGOs and INGOs
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Strong computer (Microsoft skills), all and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

ROLE PURPOSE
The Health Officer will responsible for designing, implementing, and managing emergency and development health programs. Health program coordinators will often supervise other public health professionals, such as regional coordinators, MHNT team leaders and other health care works. To meet its objectives ASDEPO calls for competent professionals to apply for the vacant.

Job Position 2-Nurse


Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Minimum of Bachelor in Nursing or Public Health.
Experience :Minimum three years of working experience of which two years in maternal, child health and nutrition service an HC/Hospital setting.
Working in the CMAM program and/or mobile health and Nutrition and experience for NGOs is an advantage.
Experience in clinical setups is mandatory, particularly in Maternal and child health areas

Skills/Ability required
Knowledge, training and experience in the management of CMAM, SAM management and IMNCI/ICCM.
Solid technical skills on case management of childhood and adult illness, safe motherhood
Demonstrated skills in program planning, implementation and monitoring.
Strong computer (Microsoft skills), and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good command of written and spoken English and Local language.
Good human relations skills.
Willingness to work under pressure and extra hours

ROLE PURPOSE
The position holder shall be in charge of technical quality implementation and delivery of the mobile health and nutrition services in the assigned Woreda. S/He will mainly be responsible for the daily implementation of the screening, OTP, consultation, outreach EPI, health education, sanitation, safe motherhood and child health.

Job Position 3-LAF Officer


Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Logistics and related field of studies with a minimum of three years relevant work experience.
Profound experience in finance, administration, logistics and HR Management
Computer literate
NGO experience in emergency projects is an advantage
Good communication and report writing skills
Interest in and ability to work in team.
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Extremely flexible, able to work independently, and have the ability to cope with stressful situations and frustrations.
Required Language:Fluent spoken and written local language is an asset.

Job Purpose
The purpose of the position is to manage ASDEPO’s Emergency Response Project in HR/Admin and Finance activities in line with professional principles and ASDEPO’s rules and regulation. & co-ordinate and manage ASDEPO’s fleet to ensure efficient and effective operation in the field Office. Provide effective and efficient HR and Admin related services to staff working for the Office.
