Job position 2-HR Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, etc.) would be an asset.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in the nonprofit or international development sector.
Proven experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
Familiarity with NGO operations, employment laws, and best HR practices in a nonprofit context.
Position Summary
The Human Resources Officer is primarly responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the HR and Admin Unit. The position holder is expected to handle all HR related administrative tasks, maintains up-to-date employee records, and provides general support to the HR and Admin Unit.

Required Qualification and Experience
Experience:+ years of experience in software development,
At least 3 years experience as a Node.js developer
Proven experience in React JavaScript library
Experience in NoSQL databases. Experience in MongoDB is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end technologies
Demonstrated knowledge in collecting data use requirements from different stakeholders
a Preferred candidate with experience designing technologies for low resource contexts and knowledge of community health in the Ethiopian context including working with government information systems.
Excellent, fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic.
