It was established on October 30, 2010 with a paid up capital of Birr 9.7 Million, under proclamation No. 86/1994 by the initiation of Berhan Bank S.C and through the investment of 455 visionary founders.

Job position 1- Office Assistant


Required Qualification and Experience
Education:10th/12th Grade complete
Experience: Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience
Place of work: Head Office, Addis Ababa & Dire Dawa Branches

Job position 2- Secretary/Cashier

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management from a recognized College/ University
Experience: Minimum of 2 year of relevant working experience
Place of work: Head Office, Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa & Dilla Branches

Job position 3- Underwriting Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA/BSC degree in Statistics, Mathematics and Engineering.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year and above experience as underwriter
Place of work: Addis Ababa, Debre Berhan, Dire Dawa & Dilla Branches

Job position 4: Human Resource Officer I

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA /MA/ in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Leadership and other field of studies
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience as Human Resource Officer preferably in insurance industry is Advantageous.
Place of work: Head Office

Job position 5- Senior Property Administration Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA in Management/ Purchasing and Supplies Management or related
Experience: 5years of relevant experience as Property Administration Officer preferably in insurance industry is Advantageous.
Place of work: Head Office

Job position 6: Branch Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA/BSc Degree in Economics/ Management/ Accounting/ Statistics or related fields from a recognized College/University
Experience: Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience, of which 2 years at senior position
Place of work: Addis Ababa & Dire Dawa Branch
