Job Position -HR and Admin Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR and administration.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
Ability to work independently, handle sensitive information, and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain HR documentation, staff records, and contracts with accuracy and confidentiality.
Maintain employee records (contracts, attendance, personal files)
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and leave requests.
Manage daily office operations.
Handle student registration and enrolment records.
Maintain school documents (files, reports, records)
Answer phone calls, messages, and parent inquiries.
Organize school schedules, meetings, and events.
Prepare basic weekly/monthly reports for management.
Keep financial or payment records.
