Job Position – IT Support Specialist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience :2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in e-commerce or logistics platforms.
Strong knowledge of networking, cloud systems (Azure), and API integrations.
Familiarity with payment processing systems and logistics tracking tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to train and support non-technical users.
Preferred
Previous experience in IT support roles within corporate or tech environments.
Understanding of B2B marketplace workflows and logistics systems.
Requirement Skill
Ability to handle high volumes of alerts with structured prioritization
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
