Job Position -Tearfund Horn of Africa Regional Office
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Do you have previous Experience
Minimum 3 (three) years of relevant professional experience in similar Finance and Administration roles in INGO.
Proven experience in a project-based environment, particularly in INGOs.
Particular knowledge of financial systems, internal financial controls and procedures
Experience in accounting/bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll management, procurement, and office administration
Personal qualities required

High level of integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of professional ethics regarding confidentiality.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support a diverse team.
