Job Position -Business Development Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA/BSc in Agribusiness, Animal Production, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields
Experience:Minimum 5 years in the agricultural sector
Leadership, strategic planning, modernization of agricultural operations
About the Job
Lead the planning and implementation of dairy development projects aimed at increasing milk inflow and farmer engagement
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and milestones
Oversee dairy extension activities focused on feeding, hygiene, and quality
Drive professionalization of cooperatives (milk testing, record-keeping, financial health)
Lead and manage team
Recruit and develop farmers, cooperatives, and suppliers
Build relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and local government
Requirement Skill
Good leadership skill and emotional intelligence

Communication
Location:Addis Ababa with frequent field travel (70%)
