Job Position -1 Junior Human Resource Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience :1–3 years of HR experience (experience in solar, electronics, EV, or logistics companies is highly preferred)
Familiarity with hiring for technical and field-based roles is an advantage
Basic understanding of Ethiopian labor law and HR best practices
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for tracking and reporting)

Job Position -2 Import Department Head
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in import/export, with leadership experience
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian customs and import procedures
Experience with LC and foreign payment processes
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end import processes
Manage import documentation and ensure compliance with Ethiopian regulations
Coordinate with banks (LC, TT, CAD) and suppliers
Monitor shipments and resolve clearance issues
Control import costs (freight, duties, taxes)
Lead and supervise the import team
