Job Position -1 Project Coordinator
Required Qualification and Experience
Experience :5+ years of professional experience in humanitarian response, CASH programs,or emergency management .
Experiance in implementing MPCA intervantion,Familiarity with humanitarian standared and guideline, practical experiance in community mobilization and working directely with IDPs and host communities.
Culturally sensitive, the ability to work in teams/ isolated situation and stressful environments and under pressure of meeting deadlines.
Previous working experience in the INGO environment
Computer friendly (Word, excel, power point, outlook etc)
knowledge of spoken & written Amharic , local language and English.

Job Position -2 Field Assistant
Required Qualification and Experience
Experience :Minimum 3-5 years in field level implementation of CASH program or community-based humanitarian response.
Field of study- Public health, social work, or community development
Experience in implementing MPCA intervention, familiarity with humanitarian standard and guidance,
Practical experience in community mobilization and working directly with IDPs and host community
Strong organizational skill, with the ability to plan and monitor project activity at the field level.
Culturally sensitive, the ability to work in teams/ isolated situation and stressful environments and under pressure of meeting deadlines.
Previous working experience in the INGO environment
Computer friendly (Word, excel, power point, outlook etc)
Knowledge of spoken & written Amharic, local language and English.

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Place of Work: – Based in Shire, Tigray region with frequent field travel to PIN’s project sites in different regions as required.
