Job Position – 1 Intern (Administration & Coordination Support)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Administration, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to three years of relevant work experience,
Female candidates highly encouraged to apply,
Demonstrated interest in administration, coordination, or communications,
Strong organizational and time-management skills,
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic,
Knowledge of other languages is an asset,
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
Knowledge CANVA and Open Source Tools such as Designer, Publisher Adobe Photoshop is an asset, Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team,
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn,

Key Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, invitations, and follow-up,
Take accurate meeting minutes and ensure timely dissemination to relevant stakeholders,
Share information and updates as needed with partner organizations in a clear and timely manner,
Arrange logistics for meetings, workshops, and training sessions (venue, materials, travel, etc.),
Provide support to the Communication Working Group, including coordination and documentation,
Maintain organized records and filing systems (both digital and physical),
Assist in preparing basic reports, presentations, and correspondence,
Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor,
Requirement Skill

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Legally registered and qualified Contractors with proven expertise and relevant experience are invited to participate in this tender. Eligible bidders must possess valid and appropriate qualifications, specifically General/Building orWater Works Contractor Grade 5 and above.
The Bidder shall demonstrate compliance with applicable financial and tax regulations by possessing a registered cash register machine or an officially approved QR code-based receipt system.
Bidders shall also provide evidence of similar work experience, supported by recommendation letters issued by recognized INGOs or Government Organizations.
