Job Position – Secretary

Required Qualification and Experience
Education
: Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:Minimum of 3–5 years relevant work experience (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:
Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
Prepare and edit reports, letters, and other documents
Maintaining staff attendance records, including daily sign in and sign out, tracking absences, lateness and leave
Receive and assist visitors in a professional manner
Handle incoming and outgoing documents
Support management and staff with administrative tasks
