Job Position -1  Junior Agronomist

Required Qualification and Experience
Education
:BSc in Agronomy or Horticulture or Plant science or Related fields of studies.
Experience:0 year experience
Skills:

Communication skills

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops planting, cultivation, and harvesting techniques, improving crop yield, and solving problems,
Develops planting and irrigation schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Researches and promotes agricultural strategies to counter the effects of changes in soil, climate, weather, and pest damage,
Assesses crop production of the farm,
Evaluates and improves seed quality,
Carries out laboratory tests of soil, seed, and crop samples,
Performs quality control for seed caliber and soil standards,
Visits fields to collect seed, plant, and soil samples,
Tests samples for nutritional deficiencies, diseases, or other changes,
Assists with the plant sourcing, testing, and selection,
Keeps detailed records regarding fields, customers, crops, and samples,
Generates reports and presenting findings to management, clients, or other interested parties,
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Position -2  Senior Aftersales Service Operations Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education
:MSC in Mechanical Engineering, MSC in Automotive Technology, or related field.
Plus Bachelor’s Degree in management is advantageous.
Experiance:-Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in automotive aftersales operations.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within an authorized dealership or OEM environment.
Proven track record in setting up and managing workshop operations, preferably multi-brand

Technical & Professional Competencies
Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair processes, and workshop systems
Hands-on experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
Advanced financial and commercial acumen
Expertise in process optimization and performance management
