Job Position – HR Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field from recognized institution.
Experience:Minimum 2–4 years of relevant HR experience preferably in a similar HR role in mining, cement factory or heavy industry
Experience working in a fast-paced or site-based environment is an advantage
Skills and Competencies
Good knowledge of Ethiopian labour law and HR best practices
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
