Job Position -Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience :3-5 years related experience
Strong understanding of Ethiopian tax laws
Familiarity with accounting tools/software (peachtree/Excel/ERP……)
Excellent communication skills and professionalism
Ability to build and maintain good relationships with banks
Willingness to visit tax and government offices regularly
Good instruction, organization, and strong sense of teamwork Personal Traits
Responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
Great attitude, good sense of humor, and able to work well with others
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with Ethiopian tax regulations
Prepare and file tax submissions and support during audits (as required)
Maintain regular follow-up and visits to tax and government offices
Prepare financial reports and financial analysis
Work with accounting tools/software and maintain organized financial records
Handle payments and support processes with banks, maintaining strong relationships
Support the GM with finance-related tasks and administrative follow-ups
Provide clear communication to management and relevant stakeholders
Prepare and handle employee payroll and commission payments Required Qualifications & Skills
