Job Position –Front Desk Coordinator

Required Qualification and Experience
Education
:Bachelors degree
Previous relevant work experience as a Receptionist or Customer Service, in a real estate is preferable
Basic Computer skill including printers and scanners and other digital office equipment
Exposure to office event coordination

Understanding of Clerical and Secretarial Principles
Professionalism and Positive Attitude
Handle Customer Queries and Complaints
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Position –Purchase / Procurement Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education
:Bachelors degree
Relevant work experience as a purchaser or procurment personnel, in a real estate is preferable
Existing network with trusted suppliers
Basic computer skills

Attention to detail
Communication & Negotiation
Purchase Order/Payment Follow-up
Desired Skill
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
