Required Qualification and Experience
Education
:Master’s degree in Public Health or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in health program management preferably experience in health extension program
Familiarity with the Ethiopian health system particularly health extension program and reproductive health program.
Conversant with national guidelines and strategies in the health system.
Strong leadership and coordination skills with demonstrated experience of managing multi-disciplinary team.
Experience managing large-scale donor funded FP/SRHR programs
Ability to analysis and apply data to inform decision making and drive program improvement
Familiarity with national HIS-eCHIS.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Required Qualification and Experience
Education
:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in NGO sectors.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing.
Proven experience in diversified donor-funded project financial management and compliance.

Strong technical knowledge of family planning and reproductive health programs.
Demonstrated experience in training, supportive supervision, and mentorship of the health extension workers.
Excellent documentation and report writing skills.
High level of initiative, integrity, and commitment to Reproductive Health and Rights and quality community health delivery.
Fluency in English and Amharic is required
