Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
Effective time management and organizational skills

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports
Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and bank reconciliations
Support budget execution, cash management, and procurement documentation.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and tax laws; prepare and file tax documents
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payments, and billing
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support cost control and decision-making
Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes
Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial information

Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office) and Tuludimtu (Factory Site)
