Job Position- 1 Marketing / Sales Expert
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA in Marketing Management and other similar fields of business studies, with a minimum of 2 years proven experience in sales of construction materials (rebar, sanitary, electrical, and related products)
Strong skills in client prospecting, lead generation, and conversion of sales
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Requirement Skill
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly
Proficiency in MS Office, and other relevant software.
- Strong coordination and networking skills
Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
Job Position- 2 Senior Human Resource Expert
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA in Human Resource Management and other similar fields of study, with a minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Officer or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and HR practices
Ability to work independently with a high level of professionalism and integrity
Requirement Skill
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good leadership skill and emotional intelligence
Talent Acquisition & Succession Planning

Timeline Management
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
