Job Position-1Branch Project Coordinator – Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in public health, Medicine, Epidemiology, Nursing, or related field (master’s degree is an advantage).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in NCD programs or surveillance systems, including at least 3 years in a coordination or managerial role.
Oral and Written proficiency in English and Amharic is mandatory. Other local languages especially Oromifa and Tigrinya are an added advantage.
Experience working with government institutions, NGOs, or humanitarian organizations is an advantage.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Good understanding of NCDs, public health systems, and humanitarian programming.
Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and project cycle management.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to engage with government stakeholders at regional and zonal levels.
Adaptability to challenging and dynamic operational environments.

Job Position-2 Project Nurse – Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in nursing with valid professional licensure.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in NCD care.
At least 2 years of experience in project implementation or health program management.
Demonstrated experience in managing diabetes, hypertension, and mental health conditions.
Experience in humanitarian or low-resource settings is an asset.
Experience working with government health systems and NGOs is desirable.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Strong technical knowledge of NCD prevention, management, and integrated care approaches.
Proven skills in project planning, implementation, and monitoring.
Experience with health data systems (e.g., DHIS2) and reporting.
Excellent communication skills in English, Amaharic, Afaan Oromoo and Tigirigna
Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging environments.
