Job Position–Junior Booking Agent – Call Center
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or Degree in relevant fields (Customer Service, Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hotel Management, etc.)
Typing Speed: Minimum 25–35 WPM(will be tested)
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency (MS Office, smartphone apps, data entry systems)
Communication: Strong verbal communication in a professional tone
Availability: Must be ready to start immediately
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, platform in a timely and professional manner.
Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the company’s reservation system.
Provide service information, pricing, and availability to customers.
Basic computer and smartphone usage.
Familiarity with data entry and customer call logging systems.
Typing speed of at least 25–35 WPM is recommended.
