Job Position-1 Group Finance Director
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field
• Master’s Degree (MBA, MSc in Finance/Accounting, or related field) is highly preferred
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly desirable
Experience:
• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
• At least 4–6 years in senior leadership or executive finance roles
• Strong experience in multi-sector or group/holding company structures
• Proven experience in financial strategy, consolidation, and large-scale financial operations
Critical Criteria / Skills to be Successful in this Role:
• Strong strategic and commercial financial leadership
• Deep knowledge of financial management, taxation, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent analytical and decision-making capability
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage complex, multi-entity financial environments
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills

Job Position-2 Business Development & Project Coordination Director
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Master’s Degree (MBA or relevant field) is highly preferred
Experience:
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in business development, strategy, project management, or related roles
• At least 4 years in a leadership or senior management role
• Proven experience in managing strategic projects and financing processes
• Experience working with financial institutions and handling large-scale financing arrangements is highly desirable
