Job Position- Administrative & Finance Assistant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Diploma in Secretarial Science, Accounting, Administration, Office Management, Finance, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Office Management, Finance, or related field with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Experience working with government, private sector, or international organizations is required
Experience with refugee-led organizations or refugee response programs is an added advantage
Required Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail
Good office management and secretarial abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
High level of autonomy with strong teamwork spirit
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
