Job Position-1 Executive Assistant & Operations Liaison
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience, with a track record of supporting executive teams or helping companies scale. Experience in the airline, hospitality, or diplomatic sector is a major advantage.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and Outlook) and expertise in navigating Ethiopian Government systems (Immigration, Investment Commission).
Languages: Native-level Amharic and Fluent Professional English. Ability to speak Italian is highly appreciated and will be reflected in the salary.

Job Position- 2 Logistics Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, and Engineering from recognized universities.
Work experience: 5 years of experience as Logistics Manager or another managerial role with relevant operational experience in international companies preferably related industry experience.
Strong IT systems knowledge including understanding of systems such as (ERP), Bill of Material (BOM) and customer data systems
