Job Position-Sales Team Leader

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields.
A master’s degree is an added advantage.
Experience:Minimum of 5–6 years of relevant experience.
Experience in logistics, courier services, or transportation industries is highly desirable.

Skills:
Proven ability to lead sales teams and drive performance.
Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Data-driven mindset; ability to interpret sales data and take informed actions.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
Other:
Must be willing to travel occasionally to support regional branches or client engagements.
Excellent command of English and Amharic (verbal and written).
