Job Position-Marketing and sales Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Experience:Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a combined marketing and sales role, specifically within the service sector (e.g., SaaS, Professional Services, Hospitality, or Logistics).
* Demonstrated success in managing both B2B (relationship-based) and B2C (volume-based) sales environments.
* Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to present complex service solutions to C-suite executives or individual consumers.
* Willingness to start work within a week
* High proficiency in marketing analytics, ROI tracking, and sales forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and nurture partnerships with corporate clients; manage the end-to-end RFP process and contract negotiations.
* Optimize the consumer sales funnel to increase conversion rates and customer lifetime value (CLV).
* Develop and execute annual sales plans and budgets, providing monthly reports on revenue targets and KPIs.
* Launch 360° marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, and traditional) tailored to different audience segments.
* Oversee the creation of sales collateral, case studies (for B2B), and engaging social content (for B2C).
* Manage and mentor a small team of sales and marketing associates to achieve collective goals.
* Maintain and optimize CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) to ensure accurate lead tracking and personalized follow-ups.
