Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor Degree in Education, Counselling
passionate about supporting our students on their journey to Higher Education
highly motivated, with a successful track record of working with a wide range of staff, students, and families
experience in dealing with external agencies e.g. Universities, Collages and other NGO’s
show a commitment to and enjoyment of school life within and beyond the curriculum
able to communicate effectively and have a repertoire of inter-personal skills which motivate, lead, support, and challenge other colleagues be committed to the safeguarding of students
