Job Position
Executive Secretary

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Minimum Diploma in Secretarial science or related field
Experience:Min. a 3-5 year experience

Detail Duties & Responsibilities
Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
Set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings
Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
Write emails, memos and letters
Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
Manage database entry and client files
Document financial transactions
Organize and distribute messages
Make and confirm travel arrangements including travel payments
Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence
Maintain confidential files/records
Perform routine bookkeeping task
Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports, payment request to the client’s office
rquests office supplies by checking the existing invetory records

Requirement Skill
Active listening
Office Managemen
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Amharic; additional languages are a plus.
Understanding of Clerical and Secretarial Principles
Good report writing, use of technology application skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Knowledge in digital communication and social media
