Job Position-1Senior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
Experience:Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or senior role.
Extensive experience in similar role in a Hotel or Restaurant is mandatory.
Skills & Competencies
Expert knowledge of IFRS and Ethiopian tax regulations.
Proven ability to manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
High proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Peachtree/Sage, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
High level of integrity, ethical standards, and attention to detail.

Job Position-2Mechanic
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:TVET or / 10+2, 10+3(Level III), Diploma or Advance Diploma in General mechanic, or other related field of study
Required Skills:
· Minimum of 3 years of in relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Familiarity with powder product operation systems, and equipment maintenance.
· Attention to detail to ensure consistent, high-quality finishes.
· Knowledge of surface preparation, and safety protocols.
· Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
