Job Position-Managing Director/General Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MA/BA Degree or Hotel Management, Management, or related fields.
Experience:10 years or more in managerial and at least five years’ experience as general manager in four or five-star hotel.
Human relations skill
Good human relation skill and ability to respectfully deal with people from diverse backgrounds and has proven people management skill.
Language proficiency
Good command of spoken and written English is required.
Computer skills
Command of computer applications & working knowledge of PMS software.
Industry knowledge
Thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry and franchise Hotel business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the daily business operations of the hotel
Improving revenue & Evaluating performance and productivity.
Researching and identifying market growth opportunities
Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved
Implements all sales action plans related to market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
Work on to achieve the hotels vision and mission.
