Job Position-1 Senior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Experience:Proven experience in working with CSOs, networks, or local initiatives and communities
Demonstrate proven experience in collaborating with CSOs, networks, or local community initiatives.

Manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing stress with composure.
Utilize accounting software and tools proficiently for financial analysis.
Communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on accounting practices.
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills in financial contexts.
Desired Skills:
Possess a foundational understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Job Position-2 Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
- Prior internship or entry-level accounting experience is a plus.
